The aim of the FULT Alumni Network is to provide an opportunity for alumni to get together and explore the latest issues, innovations and future directions in higher education learning and teaching. Hear from dynamic speakers on educational excellence and be part of an active network which supports the leadership potential of alumni as champions of learning and teaching.
Program:
12:00pm: Opening by Professor Alex Steel, Pro Vice-Chancellor (Education)
12:10pm: Keynote presentation by Dr Inmaculada Tomeo-Reyes, School of Electrical Engineering and Telecommunications, Faculty of Engineering
12:40pm: Presentations by previous recipients of the FULT Alumni Scholarship
1:00pm: Lunch
1:10pm: Does FULT have any impact? Research led by Dr Anna Rowe, Lecturer, Academic Development Services
1:30pm: Networking time
Keynote speaker:
Dr Inmaculada Tomeo-Reyes, Lecturer, Laboratory and Casual Staff Coordinator, in the School of Electrical Engineering and Telecommunications, Faculty of Engineering, will be our keynote speaker at the meeting. Her keynote will focus on how she made links between the pedagogy learned through FULT and applied these learning's into her teaching practice.
